FAQs

Are you interested in Online Personal Training but are unsure how it works? Check out my FAQs to find answers to the most commonly asked questions.

What is online personal training? It involves training and nutrition programming, frequent support via in-app messenger and Regular feedback via video or written feedback, depending on which package you choose. But, most importantly, you'll be signing up to work directly with me, and I pride myself on my track record in producing amazing results and supporting my clients every step of the way to their transformation!

How will I know if im performing the exercies correctly? Each exercise is accompanied by a video demo and key coaching points. Furthermore, any exercise you're still unsure of, you can record yourself performing that exercises and forward it to me. Then, during your weekly video feedback or written feedback (package dependent), I'll be able to critique your form to ensure you master it in the future.

How will you measure my progress? I'll measure your progress via many metrics, such as progress in strength (progressive overload), measurements, scale weight, improvements in endurance, and assessing body composition changes via progress photos. Progress photos are done every four weeks, other metrics like strength and weight I'll track each week or so, depending on your package.

Im a beginner, will this be suitable for me? Yes, when I create your plan, I'll keep in mind both your level of experience and your goals. I work with beginners to advanced lifters. Upon sign up, you'll be required to complete a questionnaire; this will provide me with all the information I need to design your plan. If you're a beginner, I'm going to ensure you achieve results in the quickest possible time and eliminate the guesswork. If you're an advanced lifter/athlete, then I'm going to ensure I take your training and knowledge to the next level.

If I sign up today, when will I receive my plan? Once you're signed up, I'll send you a questionnaire to complete. Once you've completed your questionnaire and provided your front, side and rear photos, I'll then get started on your plan. I will then have your plan created within the week. This is the time it takes to create a truly customized program.

How quickly will I see results? Most clients see progress after just a few weeks of following their plan. How long it'll take to achieve your desired body composition goal, really depends on what your goal is. I'll do everything in my power to help you achieve your physique goal in the quickest possible time. In fact, I pride myself on helping people transform their body in the quickest possible time.

Will I need a gym membership? No, you don't need a gym membership. When I create your plan, I'll design it around the equipment you have available. However, if your goal is to build muscle and you have no equipment, then I'll usually recommend either joining a gym or purchasing some basic equipment; like a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench, or a set of resistance bands.

What is your cancellation policy? The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, at your request. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again and will be able to continue the service until the end of your current period.
